How it works
It’s simpler than you think.
Your sermon is written up as a short letter and emailed to everyone who asked for it. Here is the whole thing, in five steps.
The five steps

Step 1: Put a card on the pews
We make a little card for your church with a square code on it. Print it and leave it on the pews, in the bulletin, or by the door.

Step 2: People sign up with their phone
They point their phone’s camera at the card, type their email address, and press one button. That’s all. Nothing to download.

Step 3: Preach as you always do
Nothing changes in the pulpit. Someone at the sound desk presses one button at the start of the service. We listen along.

Step 4: Read it, then press Send
After the service, we write a short summary of the sermon. You read it and change anything you like. Nothing goes out until you say so.

Step 5: Everyone gets it by email
It arrives with your church’s name on it. The people who were there get a reminder. The people who couldn’t come don’t miss a thing.
What you need
- A laptop at the sound desk
- One small cable to the sound desk — we’ll tell you which
- A printer for the cards
What you don’t need
- No app for anyone to download
- No new skills — if you can send an email, you can use this
- No credit card to start
Good questions
Is it hard to set up?
No. Most churches are ready in an afternoon. We walk you through it.
Will it change what the pastor said?
No. It only uses the pastor’s own words, and you read every summary before it goes out.
What about prayer requests?
They stay in the room. Names and personal matters are never put in an email.
What if someone wants to stop?
Every email has a link at the bottom. One tap and they’re off the list.
Do people need a smartphone?
To scan the card, yes. But you can also add anyone’s email address for them.
How much does it cost?
It’s free for your first 50 people. Larger churches pay a small monthly amount.
